Transparency, Team, Privacy, Terms, and a standalone Revenue Calculator page published
Governance and fund-use detail moved to its own Transparency page. Added a Team & Roles page describing the trust team and the guardian corps structure, a public Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and a dedicated Revenue Calculator page separate from the Trees page.
Guardian applications opened
The Palm Guardian Corps page went live with the four guardian tiers, a five-step application process, and an online application form for the first cohort of village guardians.
Species pages published for all 13 native trees
Every species in the 1 Million Palm Trees programme — from Palmyra to Karungaali — got its own page with ecology, traditional uses, and projected community income at 5, 10, and 20 years.
Partnership page published
Added a page describing our partnership with Hope108 Public Welfare Trust and crediting the 1mp.space initiative, with Hope108's own footage embedded and clearly labelled as theirs.
Donate and Volunteer pages published
Laid out the ways to give — monthly, in-kind, time, or partnership — alongside the specific volunteer roles we need filled, from tutors to drivers to a doctor or nurse for routine visits.
